About Us

Irvine & Cole was established by Jonathan Irvine and Fabien Gathercole to help clients navigate the ever changing and difficult UK property market. After years of representing sellers in prime central London we decided it was time the buyer had the option of our specialist expertise on their side.

Jonathan Irvine - Director

Jonathan Irvine grew up in Knightsbridge and then Kensington. After gaining his BA at Bristol University he returned to London and went into estate agency. He has worked for both large corporate and small independent companies with equal success. Knowing precisely how agents work and think enables him to achieve excellent results when negotiating for his clients. Aside from agency he has spent time project managing residential developments in central London from purchase through to resale.

Fabien Gathercole - Director

After gaining his BSc, Fabien Gathercole began work for a US stock broking firm before joining a top London estate agency. There he spent many years honing his negotiating skills whilst representing high net worth individuals. He then worked as a Senior Acquisitions Consultant for a successful property development fund managing a sizable portfolio. Over several years in this position he built up an in-depth knowledge of properties in central London. He maintains strong business relationships with the extensive network of contacts he established within the London property market.
